Even the primary built block is gently rotated off the site’s orthogonal grid, unlocking dynamic lawns, dining terraces, and celebration pockets — reflecting the client’s love for gathering their extended family for festivals, meals, and leisurely revelry.

Zoning follows a thoughtful gradient: public realms toward the front; semi-public passages, stairs, courtyards as mediators; and private suites encircling the central court. This measured transition allows the house to feel expansive yet never grandiose — a shelter where intimacy is not lost in scale.
