An employee-friendly corporate office that embodies Surat’s spirited elegance

The project marks the third collaboration between Briqmort and the client, a partnership honed over time and grounded in mutual trust. The brief was characteristically succinct: house approximately 400 employees, foster a sense of vibrancy and openness, and eschew the monotony of conventional corporate interiors. The rest was left to the architects’ imagination — a gesture of confidence that allowed design intuition to take the driver’s seat.

Ar. Mehul Narola and Ar. Arpan Patel, co-founders of Briqmort, have transformed two bare floors of The Junomoneta Tower into a high-performance workspace that reflects both the fintech company’s forward-looking ethos and the human-centric needs of its employees. Spanning the eleventh and twelfth levels, the office commands sweeping river views, imbuing the interiors with a natural serenity amidst the bustle of business.

“It was about crafting an experience rather than just designing an office,” reflects Ar. Arpan Patel. “We wanted the workspace to resonate with the brand’s energy—fluid, bold, and unapologetically forward-looking.”
